snow-capped Apu Shinak'ara in the mountain range of Vilcanota(4800m),people
with deeply ancestral Incas customs who's left the great intellectual
facts of all time for the Andes people which was passed down from generation
to generation the Q'eros people survive until now in function to the
laws of the universe and the man live together, practice the vital cell
of administrative and political organisation the community of Q'eros
is the basic, social unit where nobody is individual owner of the lands,
because those belong to the community.
